WARNING TO PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS
If there was an option for a "less than one star review" I would use it. Everything was overpromised and there was no follow through. Complete bait and switch. Both of my web and CRM team members were fired in the process with no communication to me that this happened and I wasn't assigned new ones. I can honestly say that Thryv underperformed at every step. I emailed the management with 20 of the myriad iissues and I requested a refund. I had to go through hoops for them to follow through with the refund. I haven't recieved it yet because they sent it to some other client by mistake.
