False Advertising and False Return Policy
This company had advertise they were selling a genuine leather handmade woven chair. I contacted customer service to confirm the information. I was assured that it was genuine leather and the wood was handmade. They also advertised that they are located in the USA, but they are based in China. The chair took over a month to arrive and when I opened the box it was clearly a factory manufactured chair made with PU leather (Plastic). When I contacted them to get my refund and return the chair, I received replies that were trying to stall me from getting my money back. They said they would send a return label, but they never sent me a shipping label or any refund. I had to get my bank involved to get my money back. I also plan on reporting this company. Please stay far away and don't buy anything from this company.
