I have ordered the same item twice…
I have ordered the same item twice (11/19 and 12/10) and they have confirmed both orders & charged my card. However, they can not locate either of the orders. The representative wanted me to do screen shots of confirmation & email them to prove I actually had them. Finally rec'd items, 2 days after Christmas. Very disappointed. Very cheap looking, and looked nothing like picture I saw.
