I ordered five jerseys from Nerdy Wave
I ordered five jerseys from Nerdy Wave. Their post said that it would be shipped within 2-5 days, after 2 1/2 weeks I emailed their support to ask what is happening with my shipment. I was told sorry, we are shipping it soon. They shipped it the next day and when I got my shipment only 4 of the 5 jerseys I ordered were in my shipment. I emailed support again and their response was here’s a link to track your shipment to which I emailed back and said “Like I said before I got my order and it is missing a shirt” which was $27. It took several more emails back and forth which really weren’t resolved but on Christmas Day the last shirt was delivered and on our steps when we came home after delivering presents to family and friends. It was some kind of miracle! The quality of the shirts was nice and everything fit everyone well. The shirts were the best presents! In general had the company initially said we have shipped your order in two shipments here are both tracking numbers there wouldn’t have been any confusion. When I looked at both tracking numbers they were shipped before I started emailing and the confusion could’ve been completely avoided.
