Prompt response to my email with a full refund coming my way. I like the product but cannot afford another purchase at this time so my subscription was thankfully canceled for me. I did not know that I had a subscription. Getting through by phone was impossible but contacting support via email resulted in a prompt satisfactory response. Thank you
