Western prices, Chinese quality, can't be trusted. within weeks I had malicious irritating me, taking over the microphone. And, of course, they are a data collecting company that offers a phone. Only bought it because I live in Asia, but going to have to ship good American stuff in and smash this garbage into pieces.
Been a while since I used it. Wow. It certainly did not get any better. The user interface trying to bundle hotels with flights is the worst I have ever seen. Nothing is even close. They sent me an itinerary with no flight numbers on it. I spent a half hour trying to find the flight numbers. They may have been in there somewhere among the blitzkrieg of emails. I see they don't respond to any of the hundreds of negative reviews just on this site, so they clearly do not care about their customers. Wow.
Going with a two because, candidly, I never made it past signing up and looking around. It may be better than a two for those who enjoy looking at hotels with microscopic pictures on their phone. That is clearly what they push when they say, "Save 10% on first app booking!" - but only on the app, not on desktop. So, when I saw that, I immediately deleted the app and will never use the company. This is another company that has become more interested in data mining and behavior triggers than servicing their customers. App only discounts have become the norm across Asia for these charlatans. The practice should be illegal if it is not already and all the companies and banks that do it should be hauled into federal court.
