Slow response
I have purchased two products: an iWatch and an iPad Gen 8. Unfortunately, both had to be returned. The iWatch could not be turned on, As for the iPad, the battery was completely drained (it was left until the battery ran out) and it could not be charged at all even though it had only been used for two weeks.I contacted CompAsia, but the response was very slow. I need response!
