Worst experience with a gym membership. The app doesn't update for 30 days if you get a new phone and you can even see the person you have as a friend in the app. They charge me a late fee when the monthly fee didn't go through because my credit card expired and all the had to do is send an email or text to alert me and they didn't. NO OTHER COMPANY I DEAL WITH CHARGES LATE FEE .THEY SEND YOU A NOTIFICATION TO UPDATE YOUR CARD INFO. Other gyms give you 1 hour for a $180 monthly personal trainer. Crunch only does 30 minutes.
