Never using Airpaz again
Airpaz presents itself as an official website, but it’s better to book directly through AirAsia. I booked two flights via Airpaz and one of them was cancelled due to a technical issue. For the cancelled flight, I was offered either a voucher or a refund, but I had to wait a long time for this email. After contacting customer service three times, the voucher email was finally sent just in time (one day before departure). I rebooked the same flight with the same baggage and seat selection, but this ended up costing me an extra €46 (even though it was entirely their fault). In the end, I’m glad I did receive my tickets and that my flights eventually went ahead, especially after reading online that this company is not trustworthy.
