Give ‘em a chance!
Some reviews, admittedly, did make me a little skeptical of ordering initially. But there were some adorable plugs I wanted terribly.. so I chanced it. Ordered before Black Friday on a huge sale! Three sets. Accidentally got too excited while checking out & forgot to adjust the sizing accordingly on one pair. Sent an email. Then a follow-up. No reply. Instagram however..? Huge help! They replied right away. My package was delivered that day unfortunately with the wrong size. They sent me the correct size pair for NO charge & insisted I keep the pair I ordered by mistake. Shipping did take a hot moment but it’s the holidays & PY isn’t directly delivering so I can’t complain. Highly highly recommend.<3 Thank you so much Punk Youth!
