Rio from Ling Yue Studio purchase
When figure I pre-ordered arrived, I was contacted by Lucy from customer service to arrange shipping method. While box got slightly damaged during transportation, figure itself arrived intact and process orzGK uses to ship packages, which includes taking photos before shipping, allowed to inform shipping company of the issues. Figure looks great and detailed, and I love how configurable it is with limbs holding on pins and magnets. Great products and service.
