It took several calls to get my loan agent to give me a call back. I even had an 0930 appointment for Alex to call. As the owner of a very busy taxi service, even setting aside 10 minutes for a phone call, can be challenging. And very costly if no one calls me and losing a airport schedule because of the time not being available. Once Alex finally calls me back, we were able to track down the application I had submitted. And has been sent in for future review.
