Quick and fantastic customer service
Teamson’s customer service was outstanding after a very frustrating experience with Amazon’s customer support. The boxes of our playset arrived with massive holes due to the shipping company. Amazons solution didn’t include a replacement instead I could get a refund and pay more for the item as it was originally on sale, or they said a partial refund and I could keep the item and go to the local hardware store for replacement pieces (I’m sorry, what??). Working directly with Teamson was a night-and-day difference. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping resolve my issue (and quick because of Christmas!) They communicated clearly, handled everything efficiently, and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s refreshing to see a company that truly stands behind its products and service.
