I thought that I was being charged for a free item on my account “ Order #WN188980” but I reach out to customer support and Jamie was very nice helpful and professional with explaining and showing me the invoices that showed me that it was free. I really appreciate that from Jamie. We need more customer service like that around. Thanks again Jamie
