Worst Courier Service Ever.
Worst Courier Service Ever. Parcel reached KL branch within a day of sender shipping out, thats good. But little did I know, it would stay at that same branch for another week... Why? Because of "manpower" and "congestion" issues, which I believe is utter BS btw. Every time I get in touch with them via chat or call, always say the same shit "Ohhh, we will expedite", "Ahhh, we will send notice to the delivery station", then nothing happens... And today after calling for updates, they straight up just hang up without saying anything... I have incentive to believe that my parcel has gone missing. Not only is CS garbage, I believe the upper management is eating shoes and nails for breakfast if they allow this kind of thing to happen.
