Excellent customer service and support
I ordered my first Pluxy and could not wait to use it! Unfortunately, I guess I received a faulty one, it came apart when I went to plug the base in. I was upset to say the least! I reached out to Anna in customer service and she sent me a new one so fast and easy! Now that is some great service right there! I know not everything can be perfect every time, but Anna sure made up for it! Thank you so much!
