Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience – no customer service whatsoever I am extremely disappointed by my experience with this watchmaker. I was delivered the wrong watch, which I immediately returned via DHL, in accordance with their instructions. The parcel was successfully delivered back to them, and I have clear proof of return. Since then, despite four separate follow-up emails, I have received no response at all from customer service: no acknowledgment of receipt, no update, no solution, nothing. Complete silence. For a business operating in the watchmaking sector, where trust and seriousness are essential, this level of customer care is simply unacceptable. The lack of communication and failure to handle a straightforward return has led to a total loss of confidence. At this stage, I can only strongly warn potential customers to be extremely cautious.
