Must be a change of staff?
Must be a change of staff?? After 5yrs of taking my border collie and two other dogs before this one I am no longer using the groom room! Collected my dog today…to be told next time I take him he will need to be sedated…..I THINK NOT! NEVER have I had a problem with him, only a couple occasions of not liking the hair dryer which is understandable. No no…this time I was told he was unruly, took THREE of them to restrain him to get his nails ‘trimmed’ which they didn’t touch by the way and he peed himself and went to bite one! I’m not surprised!! Do these idiots get trained to deal with dogs or are they lucky enough to have EVERY dog go in and sit and wait to do as they’re told by a stranger. So angry I’ve had to leave this bad review but will not be paying £45 for half a job and be told my dog needs to be sedated because of their incompetence!!!!
