When I read prior reviews for US Mobile, I was skeptic. How could their customer service be that good? I'm glad I chose their services. The process to switch was instant and simple! When I wanted to switch my network and plans and had issues, they were quick to resolve it and help me step by step. Their customer service team is superb!
