The customer service is excellent — very responsive, polite, and helpful. Communication was smooth and professional, which made the overall experience pleasant. The only downside is that the size chart does not match the actual product: the items run quite large, so this should be taken into account when ordering. Overall, a positive experience, and I hope the sizing information will be improved.
