Major Issue Addressed Timely & Accurately
We found a major issue using the internal browser of the buddyboss app where it was not processing fragment identifiers. This was a very intricate issue. The buddyboss support team was very responsive to the support request and followed our testing guidelines to identify and confirm the issue. within a very reasonable timeframe they resolved the issue. I know this was a major under-taking for them and I am extremely thankful for them addressing it with speed and precision. We have tested the fix and it works beautifully!
