Bad Service .. very bad
Don't wait when your parcel status is "Out for Delivery." It might take much longer than you think, even if the sender puts notes like "Urgent" or "Specific Date" directly on the parcel. When you try to report it, there are only bots to communicate with. And I'm still not receiving my parcel.
