Customer service is second to none - I’d personally like to thank Kim in customer support for all her help. I ordered a certain shade in the exilir/cream and when it arrived it was the wrong shade. I contacted customer services and without hesitation Kim kindly put the correct order which I received in a matter of a couple of weeks just in time for Christmas. It’s the first time that I’ve used a product like this and I can truly say how pleased I am. It goes on smoothly and absorbs into the skin and feels so light as if your not wearing any make-up and without leaving a cakey texture. Would highly recommend for those looking for a make-up, ‘No Make-up’ look. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you Serentia Team.
