Defective Product - An Update
Simple Hair Color team shipped me a Brown Black can after this review. Thank you very much Trustpilot as well as Simpler Hair Color teams. <3 😊 I had a defective "Brown Black" can of Simpler Hair Color that did not have enough dye in it, and for that I needed a replacement. Therefore, I reached out to support team asking for a replacement. I received an auto response with how-to-use steps. However, that wasn't my issue. Even when Bea and Bryan stepped in, upon follow up, they weren't helpful. They came up with questions, that I responded, and I didn't hear from them again. Therefore, I reached out to the founder, Snehal, on this, there was no response there as well. I won't be buying from this company again.
