I ordered 5 pairs of pants
I ordered 5 pairs of pants, so far only the dragon pair has not arrived. I Love the two linen trousers and I love the cotton harem pants. I was really upset that the pink pants are 100percent polyester. I asked to return them. they told me they would replace with pants of my choice but I had to fill out this review. The run around is time consuming and ineffective. The card they require me to fill out did not come with the pants.They tell me I must pay 20 shipping but do not give me a way to do so. I really like their pure fabric items but customer service is ridiculous and this has gone on for two weeks of ineffective back and forth. this is an update to the company response below, I have been emailing back and forth for days to get this resolved. They keep sending me a link to pay for shipping of replacement item, but it only opens the whole website and does not give me the option to just pay shipping. I keep informing them and they keep sending me same ineffective link.
