If I could give this a 0 star I would. I have NEVER written a 1 star review of an online social gambling site, but this is warranted. I'm so frustrated with this situation, I'm in literal tears writing this. Ive been trying to redeem close to 700 dollars for a month now. Everytime I put the redemption request in its either they couldn't process the redemption, so they put the funds back in my account and tell me to try again. Now I have to start the 2 week redemption process over. All the while im trying to redeem with cards I've used before to redeem. The same cards that I've used to purchase coin packs which surprise surprise, never have an issue with taking the money for the purchase. I wish I could post pictures and screenshots, butI'm emailing them and trying to get a concise answer, their response is always vague and uninformed. School is starting back and I can't even get my children prepared because I was depending on this money to help with that. Yes times are tough and people are out here using these sites to make ends meet. I already work 50-60 hours a week, if I get a second job I won't ever see my kids. If you have any curiosity about using Bankrolla, just dont. There are so many other great sites that pay instantly even when you win big like sweetseeps, Myprize, sweepspot. Please do not use Bankrolla. I will never refer anyone to this site.
