I order long pod pro who is supposed to be inflated ...... good joke only the top part like 2% of the pod ..... I try to return the product or get échange for better product and i get stuck with Ozzy ......... Take 2 days and more to answer andis useless and he dont care about helping me. I got all proof. i ask to return and he only play with me and take another 2 days to answer that i need to say i want to return the product... I ask 2 or 3 times in the e-mail to return this shitty product i never have a such bad service. Im a big customer and i will buy another ice bath in few month and it never never never be with this compagny who dont care about is customer. When you dont even try to find a way to satified your customer you are not a compagny who care you dont deserve to have a business. I was ready to buy a better gear and when you get serve like this im sorry but never again. Your chiller took way to long to get 10 degree down yes the price is low but i promise me next time il oay 500 $ more for a compagny who care and have reslly good product and 2 years warranty. I buy fast and i will remember this mistake to only look at the price because it cheap and the service is 0 . And the worst thing they lie to me about a refund of 10% to keep the product instead of returning it .
