This brand scams people
This brand scams people. I received a dress that doesn't fit and I want to return it. First of all, like a miracle, they can't find my order with the email address they sent me their own order confirmation at. They also can't find my order by the order number they gave me themselves and on top of that, when I only got AI generated replies to my emails, and commented on their Instagram post, they had the audacity to delete that message. Clearly there is plenty of time to go online and do social media and delete comments that you don't want other to see, but apparently don't have time to give proper customer service. I'm deeply disappointed and if you hesitate to order here: please DON'T DO IT! I'm really sad, because it is a lot of money for me and the can't even bother. A brand like that is really not B-corp worthy!
