I asked for a refund when I had received no updates for weeks. You refused. Eventually, after I messaged several times, you offered to send me a partial refund and then never responded when I said I would accept it. Then finally, when the sweater showed up in the mail... it looked horrible. Poorly stitched. Faded color. NOT EVEN THE CORRECT SIZE. I have never had a more frustrating and disappoint clothing purchase experience... and it was all over a silly ugly Christmas sweater. I still want a refund, but I fear that I will never be able to receive it because you've ignored me. If this review goes public... I would genuinely suggest that no one use this website.
