Poor response times & lack of info Sketchy
I placed an order on December 13th for a bottle of Scotch that is not particularly difficult to find, it was a Christmas gift with delivery to NYC. The auto email I received upon being charged for the bottle said I would receive a confirmation email and tracking within 1-5 business days. When this did not happen and the link to view my order did not work. I emailed on Dec. 19th. After many convoluted vague emails about my order i disputed the charge with my credit card company. Too many issues with Flaviar to detail and will NEVER use them again. Highlight issues: Poor customer service Long response times No way to see progress of order/fulfillment Felt super sketchy. Buyers BEWARE- I did find a store in NYC with the same product who is completing the delivery within 36 hours of the order. Costs less than Flaviar and was very straightforward.
