Plus 4 - major frustrations
Purchased the plus4. I have had it for 6 weeks, but it has been non-operational for three of them. I have had blob of death, erroneous entanglement errors, hot end adaptor board failure, and continuous firmware crashes. While tech support is responsive, it takes forever for parts to get shipped to you. My suggestion is to spend more money upfront to get a reliable machine and save all of the bad ownership experience. I was very excited for this printer, but it had been frustrating owning this thing. I'm giving the second star since customer service has been good.
