SCAMMER! Be Careful!
I ordered an item with order number MY-NL#P828324781, price RM359 on 19th December 2025 through ninelife.my, however, it never shipped out. So I requested a refund, then I received an email from them with an email address:- [email protected] which reported as a SCAMMER on Google. They promised me a refund immediately, but it has been over three business days and I still haven't received it and they have ignored my emails since then. Do not order from ninelife.my, they are a scammer!!! I will report to National Scam Response Centre (NSRC), then file a police report with the Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) for investigation. Do not believe other positive reviews after this, it could be them to hide their scamming technique. You need to contact your bank straightaway if you have ordered from them recently!
