The product is good when it works
The product is good when it works. However, in my case, it stops working every 2-3 days. I had to reinstall for it work, but problem kept happening. So i wasn't able to use the product. They refused to give refund despite the fact that their technical support couldn't fix the problem. Their response is go to your bank and get a charge back!! Ultimately they gave a 50% refund and i am left with a product that doesn't work Edit: i always wondered what will happen when they ask you for the order number and you send it to them. Well, now i know. Nothing...
