Migration process from OBT tokens to OBB tokens not possible
Dear Sir/Madam, I started the migration process from OBT tokens to OBB tokens in November. I was able to complete the first three steps of the migration process without any problems: 1. Connect your Ethereum wallet containing OBT tokens; 2. Provide your Solana wallet address for the airdrop; 3. Confirm the transaction to burn your OBT tokens; Now I am unable to retrieve the OBB tokens via the claim portal, which is presumably due to a missing KYC process. I have contacted support several times and have received no response. I have lost many thousands of euros because the price of the new coin has dropped significantly. The app cannot be installed in Germany via either Apple or Google. How am I supposed to complete the KYC process without the app?
