Oobit closed my account and I cannot withdraw my $1,702.54 balance
My experience with Oobit has been extremely frustrating. Oobit decided to ban/close my account following a compliance review. I am not disputing their right to stop providing their services to me. My problem is what happened to my remaining funds. I currently have $1,702.54 displayed in my Oobit account. The app clearly tells me: “Your account has been banned. You can only withdraw your funds.” However, when I actually try to withdraw my money through the wallet withdrawal option, the currency selection screen is completely empty and says: “You don't have any currencies yet.” So Oobit is telling me that I can only withdraw my funds, while at the same time their system gives me no way to access or withdraw the $1,702.54 that is visibly displayed in my account. I have been contacting Oobit support for days trying to resolve this issue. I am not asking them to reopen my account permanently, and I do not intend to continue using Oobit. I simply want to withdraw my remaining money and then they can close the account permanently. I have screenshots showing the $1,702.54 balance, the message saying that I am allowed to withdraw my funds, and the empty withdrawal screen. I am posting this review because I need a clear resolution from Oobit: Please give me access to withdraw my $1,702.54, or provide a manual withdrawal method to return my remaining funds. I will update this review if Oobit resolves the issue and allows me to recover my full remaining balance.

Oobit says I can withdraw my funds — but my money is still inaccessible This has become completely unacceptable.
Oobit restricted my account after rejecting my verification. Their own app clearly states: “You can only withdraw your funds.” Yet I currently have over $1,000 in my Oobit balance, and I STILL cannot withdraw my own money. I have been contacting Oobit support for 3 days, and I keep receiving the same response: that they are “working on the issue” so I can withdraw my funds. Three days later, there is still no solution, no clear timeframe, and no actual access to my money. I am not asking Oobit to reactivate my account. I am not asking to continue using their services. I am simply asking to withdraw the money that is already sitting in my account — exactly as their own app says I am allowed to do. Repeatedly telling a customer that an issue is “being worked on” while providing no timeframe and leaving their funds inaccessible is extremely concerning and unacceptable. I need action, not another generic response. Oobit: either enable the withdrawal of my remaining balance immediately or provide a specific explanation and a concrete timeframe for when I will be able to access my funds. I have screenshots showing my balance, the account restriction, the message stating that I can withdraw my funds, and my communications with support. I will keep this review updated to accurately document what happens. If Oobit resolves the issue and allows me to withdraw my full balance, I will update the review accordingly. Until then, my money remains inaccessible despite the app explicitly telling me that I can withdraw it.

got a refund from amazon.. amazon confirmed it was processed to my oobit card and it wasnt been 3 weeks of trying to get a response from support horrible company and a bunch of scammers.
