Holding my funds hostage for nearly two months! I have been waiting since July 13, 2026—nearly two months now—to get my funds returned after an incorrect transaction. Back in July, Oobit support (David and Noa) explicitly confirmed that my recovery was approved by their finance and development team, and I immediately provided the requested wallet address. Since then, it has been an absolute nightmare of broken promises and stalling tactics. Support agents like Bernard repeatedly feed me identical, useless automated canned responses ("each case is handled manually," "we will get back to you shortly") while completely ignoring direct demands for a timeline or a transaction hash. They admitted responsibility and approved the return weeks ago, yet nothing happens. Keeping customer funds hostage for months while hiding behind endless, automated delays is disgraceful and atrocious service. I still have received zero money and zero concrete answers. Stay far away from Oobit if you value your time and your money! —- and now they replied here that they send a direct e-mail… they havent btw.

Up until now I was actually quite satisfied, but then my account was simply blocked. Admittedly, I made a lot of purchases in a row yesterday, but it was under €3000 and that's still far below the amounts that count as money laundering. I am happy to change this review once the problem has been resolved, but for that to happen, we need some solutions soon; I am currently waiting in vain for a response.

Exorbitant and opaque fees. Non-usd payment reached around 7% fee which is ridiculous. Cashback marketed everywhere is false and can't be further from truth for most of the regular users. Also, 10x the usual cost for transaction when sending the money off the platform. Sending USDC on Solana costs fraction of a dollar, not 4$.

There was always terms not clear. Chat support provides wrong instructions about which crypto can be used from linked wallets to get cashback ending up loosing money on transaction fees. 10% cashback on Oobit is misleading as in essence you loose big time from transactions and keeping money in Oobit as the exchange rate only goes down. And never got an email from they as they replied. I tried withdraw my money with high fees again. While Oobit token from cash back couldn’t spend via the card.

I could not get any feedback from support regarding issue with suspended card and app crashing (splash screen only available). Maybe sharing review here will get your attention ? EDIT: Received an answer from both support and the Head of Growth. I have updated my rating from 1 to 4 stars since the original one no longer reflects an honest review. Support explained the issue to me, and both my account and card are working again. The new app design is great as well. If they lower their fees, this service will easily deserve 5 stars.

totally not worth it and scam-like advertising. they advertise instant cashback and I had to wait 2 days for the cashback. not only that, they say the cashback is in xaut or eurr or whatever but it's totally a lie. they just show it on their app and you can't withdraw it. and have you deposited crypto? they have 0.5% hidden deposit fee. and to withdraw the extra usdt you deposited, they'll charge you 3.2usd withdrawal fee. Scam
