Updating my previous review regarding the app and customer care support

Updating my previous response. It seemed there was a huge flood of traffic on their server which probably errored in a lot of ways including customer care support and verification, because after a lot while, I received a ton of emails from their servers about verification codes and replies from the specific agent as well. Considering how they reached out to me regarding fixing the issues, shows how valuable their customers are to them. However I was able to successfully verify myself before their approach because of the spam barrage of emails I got earlier, I figured maybe I should try once more verifying myself. I sincerely apologize for my earlier irrational behavior to Oobit and their customer care support team and the relevant agent handling this matter. I am looking forward to using the application 😊

Ok , so i use Oobit for about 1 month. The first time when i deposit from okx was good… i send 2 deposits and i was able to use the virtual card at shops..now i was doing another deposit …everything ok …i was sending usdc and the funds arrived shortly. The problem is i’m waiting 2 days for conversion usdc-btc . This looks like a scam now, on the support team is only one guy Joshua that don’t do sht..he s saying always “ it’s normal, need to wait “ ..bro ..the first times the conversion was maked in 5 mins maxium and now it’s been 30 hours+ … i feel like we are getting scammed and i was right not to deposit large amounts on this shit.

Great Rewards Card

Great little rewarding card! What I would improve would be: 1. Higher transaction limits 2. A card number so it could be used separately from apple pay.

Needs Improvement in Fees and Payment Options I’ve been using Oobit for a while now, and while the platform offers some decent features, there are a few key areas where it falls short. One major downside is the lack of USDC support for payments. Given the popularity and stability of USDC, it’s surprising and disappointing that Oobit doesn’t offer this option. Another major drawback is the fee structure. The 1.35% fee plus 49 cents per transaction is quite steep. At a time when many other platforms are offering lower fees, Oobit should consider being more competitive. A more reasonable fee of 0.50% would make transactions much more attractive and fair to users. Overall, while Oobit has potential, they need to address these issues to remain competitive in the crypto payment space. Until then, users may want to explore other platforms with better fee structures and a wider range of payment options.
