Stax has been great, and we have really appreciated using your services over the past two years. However, recently when trying to get support or assistance, it has been difficult to get help. I would really like to continue using your service, but I may not have a choice but to consider switching to a different company if this issue persists. I just wish customer service would be more willing or able to assist when issues arise. Overall, we have never had a problem, but when I look for answers now, it seems there is no one available to take calls and emails are the only option.
