Impossible to communicate with the Airpaz representative regarding failed tickets. No proper communication about refunds. Using the same copy and paste templates on email replies. Failed to provide proper justification for fund crediting. It has been 7 days, has not returned my funds.
I previously shared a review regarding how Airpaz attracts users to purchase tickets through its platform. Following that, I received an email from Airpaz explaining that my ticket was not issued due to airline-related factors such as seat availability and fare changes. This raises an important concern: under what framework does Airpaz operate to protect customer interests? If your platform mirrors airline inventory directly, why are fare changes and seat availability not reflected in real time on your website? While I acknowledge that sudden fare fluctuations and seat unavailability can occur, the refund process is far more concerning. When making a booking, full payment is required instantly. However, in the event of a failed booking, Airpaz takes up to 14 days to process a refund. This imbalance is unacceptable. Holding customer funds for two weeks after an unsuccessful transaction gives the impression that customer money is being leveraged for business purposes rather than promptly returned. I accepted the explanation regarding failed bookings due to dynamic pricing and seat availability. However, retaining customer funds for 14 days after a failed transaction is not customer-centric behavior, nor does it reflect the conduct of a trustworthy travel partner. I strongly advise potential users to carefully consider the risk of failed bookings and the prolonged refund timeline before using Airpaz.
Wrong information is shown on their website and lures to travellers buy tickets. After making the successful payments, they will never issue the ticket and let you wait an infinite time to get refunded. DO NOT EVER BUY TICKETS FROM AIRPAZ
