AP 46689483 Wrong size dress sent. Terrible virtual assistant system for return
I ordered a dress UK size 12, I was sent a US size 12 which is a UK size 8. Tried to exchange it for a UK size 12 but had sold out, the QR code for the return of the dress delivered did not work. The item is now showing as having been cancelled online as the exchange was not carried out. I am unable to request a return online & have tried twice through the virtual assistant to get a printable return label. Unable to speak to a member of staff & virtual assistant asks for the same information each time as though no record has been kept of previous requests made. Very frustrating & annoying system. I have been trying for 2 weeks to return this item with no help from Anthropologie whatsoever, also worried now that I might not get my refund. I shall never order anything from this company again.
