I had the great pleasure to have Angelica Rojas (Angie) answer my "call of distress" when I realized the virtual gift card I had been issued was not being recognized by the website. She was so patient with me as I recited order numbers, ticket numbers, email correspondence, etc. to see that she had all the information to pass to the Virtual Card Department to investigate my case. She was meticulous with the details and promised follow up from her, which she actually did. This IS what customer support should be and she exemplified it to its fullest during her time with me.
