Bad and unprofessional customer service
Shit customer service. They kept transfering me and ending the call when I called for assistance with tracking my parcel. The website for tracking is shit too, couldn't track my parcel. If I could, I would give -3 stars. They need to improve the customer service department and train the agents better. Very rude and unprofessional.
