BECAREFUL booking through cheap tickets. I bought ticket to HKG. The screen showed ‘ UNABLE TO PROCESS’. Right after we decided to book via other platforms. Few days later we found out that CheapTickets processed the transaction and forwarded us a flight ticket. We showed proof, system prompted UNABLE TO PROCESS. After 10 emails or so, CheapTickets email respond is extremely consistent - ‘There was no error, once ticket is issued, it is a valid transaction so it is right for them to charge us’. Wow! Damn shocking. There was no way for us to claim back because you realise that their STANDARD respond shows they operate like a scam company.
