Unfortunately I had not benn at home when the delivery company arrived and my package was retained at the nearest post office. The customer service team sent me an email with the details to ask whether everything is ok? They are up-to-date and really conscientious. The lamp is fabolous and it was not easy to choose fromk the wide range of stock.
