Great Product. Lovely Service
I have already made two purchases from Buddha Stones. The products are exactly as described and look great. Around Christmas time, they even included a small gift, which was really cute and a lovely surprise. Unfortunately, one bracelet from my second order didn’t fit, but customer service responded very quickly and followed up diligently (special thanks to Tashi!). They offered to send me a replacement—I only need to cover the shipping costs, and they will take care of the rest. For now, I’m giving 4 stars, as I haven’t received the replacement yet. Might update it later.
