Excellent customer service
Our first experience with Flaviar has been excellent. We received a Christmas gift (bought by someone else) that included several broken bottles of whiskey. There was no evidence of damage on the box and the contents were packed extremely well in foam, but in spite of that, the bottoms of several bottles had broken off. We emailed Flaviar, hoping for replacements of the broken bottles but - quite honestly - not expecting any reply. We got an AI response within 2 minutes and a human response a few hours later offering more than we expected or even requested. The customer service was excellent -prompt, friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. We are looking forward to receiving the replacement package and intend to purchase from Flaviar ourselves soon - just hoping the bottles will be stronger in the future! ;-)
