Great experience with HomeLights! When my package tracking wasn't working, their support team responded quickly and kept me well informed. What impressed me most was their proactive approach, they immediately sent a replacement package without me having to ask for it. The communication was excellent throughout with regular updates. Even after delivery, they followed up to confirm I received everything. The lamp is beautiful and as described.
