Representatives are unprofessional!!
I’d give them 0 stars if possible. A rep named Ethan had mistaken me for his customer. He got an incorrect phone number. I didn’t apply for a loan and by mistake he kept contacting me over the past few weeks. I simply wrote to please stop texting & calling because he was relentless. I wanted to make sure he knew of his error. Sadly this representative used incredibly inappropriate language in his text, which was shocking to read. Hopefully Ethan’s manager can sit down with him and explain proper communication in the corporate world. He might be fresh out of college and just hadn’t been properly trained. I showed this text to numerous people and everyone agreed it was inappropriate and unprofessional. Sadly his actions could impact this company’s bottom line.
