A Long-Time Customer’s Honest Feedback I have been an Agoda customer for many years, and overall, I find the platform easy and convenient to use. The booking process is simple and straightforward, and personally, I find the website and app visually attractive, with a nice design and appealing colors. However, from my perspective as a long-time customer, Agoda feels very similar to other hotel booking platforms. The ease of booking is certainly a positive point, but I believe most major booking websites now offer a similarly easy experience. What I would like to see more of from Agoda are meaningful benefits and advantages for loyal customers. Despite being a long-time customer, I do not currently feel that there are significant exclusive benefits that make me choose Agoda over other booking platforms. If other booking websites begin offering better rewards, prices, upgrades, loyalty benefits, or exclusive privileges, I would not hesitate to consider moving my future bookings to them. I hope Agoda will take this feedback positively and invest more in rewarding its loyal customers. The platform already has a strong and convenient foundation; I believe better loyalty benefits could make a significant difference and give customers a stronger reason to stay with Agoda.
