Return/Refund difficulty
I am trying to return for a refund an FL Aquadiver GMT (order number FL278886) and encountering some difficulty. I will provide an update as to how this eventually gets resolved. UPDATE: As of 1/20/26, this matter is NOT yet resolved. The reply from FL below is premature and inaccurate. SECOND UPDATE: The difficulty has been fully resolved by the company to my satisfaction. I am changing my rating from three stars to five. Thank you Ashley.
